The Belmopan Market Plaza was designed in collaboration with the Belmopan City Council. The omnibus system plays a crucial role in the economy of Belmopan. It offers affordable transportation, connects various areas in the city, reduced traffic congestion and also reduces carbon emissions.

For years the omnibus system had no home, and its customers had no shelter from the weather. However, the ambitious owners of the Belmopan Market Plaza decided to take the opportunity and come up with a solution.
